Also can I go to school in vietnam and learn accounting? I am pursuing a master's degree now and would like to finish abroad. Are there any universities and opportunities upon graduation in vietnam?

I'm confused by the question.

Are you asking if you earn an accounting degree in the U.S., can you become an accountant in Vietnam?

Or are you asking if you get an accounting degree in Vietnam can you work as an accountant in the U.S.?

I wonder where are you come from and why do you want to be an accountant in a developing country like Vietnam. There are many opportunities in Vietnam but considering the salary and other benefit i suppose you better work abroad than coming here.
