Can't open file even though it was created on this computer

I'm trying to open an Accounting Express 2008 Company File but getting the
message that says it cannot open it because it was created on another
computer. But this *is* the computer is was created on and it worked fine
until early last week. Any ideas? I have a lot of data in this company
file. Help!

Edit the .sbc file in notepad or your favorite text editor and verify the
name of the computer specified matches your current machine.

The issue turned out to be that the computer name had changed. Per your post,
I was able to edit the .sbc file in notepad to reflect the new name. Thanks
again!

This is what is happening to my file too. Unfortunatley I am not very good
with computers and do not understand what the .sbc file is, can you explain,
sorry to be stupid!
