Can't see downloaded stmt. Money 2001

Help! When I try to download my Money 2001 statements it
shows that I have transactions to view (ie 34 transactions
to view). When I click on to view the statement it gives
blank statement in the text box but on the left summary
area it shows information from 5/98 through 8/98. Any
ideas? Tried to back-up. uninstall, defrag, reinstall to
no avail.
