Career Average Pension Schemes

Can anyone help with resources for an assigment i am doing on the
effects of changing from a conventional final salaray pension scheme
to a career average revalued earnings scheme. Primarily how it affects
the record keeping, benefits and communications of benefits.

Any help much appreciated.
