CASE Management

Right now I'm using Lotus Notes to keep a case management/service tracker
database for all customer interaction.
I am wondering if there is a way or a module in SBA that is a service
tracker or case manager.
Also, I have field consultant who can take our database on their tablet,
write up a case and have the client sign off the ticket.
I'm looking at Microsft CRM and SBA and trying to figure out which is the
right option.
Any ideas?

Hello Eric,

Thank you for posting your SBA question for the group.

Under current functionality, SBA does not offer any case management service
tracker features. SBA does integrate with Outlook's Business Contact
Manager which can be used to create quotes and invoices, share customer
contact information, and manage and track billable time.
