Chap. 13 Proof of Claim?

After some back and forth with the Trustee our Chap. 13 plan should be
confirmed next week. At this point, 7 months after the initial
filing, just one of twelve unsecured creditors have filed a proof of
claim with the court. Is this typical to see so few willing to pursue
a payment of any kind?

It's a bit lower than typical, but not uncommon. I've had a few
clients over the years have *no* creditors file POCs in this
cases--they received an immediate discharge!

It isn't meant to be legal advice and you shouldn't treat it as
such. If you want legal advice, speak with a local lawyer
familiar with your state's laws who can review *all* of the facts
and the law applicable to your situation.
