Here is my situation, I have been battling a gambling addiction, and
feel like my life is worthless, just would like some hope. I have
52,000 in credit card debt. I just recently bought a condominuim which
is valued at 103 K and I owe 78,400, and 10,700(home equity) I also
owe casinos 7600. I also have a car which I do not owe any money on,
but is valued at about 17,000. I am a teacher and my salary is about
36000 per year. What should I do, file chapter 7 or 13? I hav no money
to even eat in my checking account, what should I do about that, are
creditors greeding enough to take my money an leve me hungry? Please
help!

To be honest, Seek counseling. Hey, no, I'm not kidding because I
was too. However, I'd lost my job. So, get a mental health doc who'll
help you along, because there's a chance, part of it is mental. Oh, GA
is also helpful..

Now, as to your bills..well, a simple talk with a financial
planner/Attorney (I think a few of them are in existence) and they
should be able to work a plan with you.

Good luck....
