Chapter 7 Filing Questions

I am filing Ch. 7 under the current statute. My debt includes only 4
credit card companies, and a substantial IRS obligation which I am
currently disputing. I had several questions and would be immensely
grateful if anyone might be able to provide some perspective on:

1.) If, according to one of my credit reports, a credit card debt has
been sold to a collection entity, do I list just the purchaser that has
bought the debt, or the original debtor (the creit card company) or
both?

2.) Do I list IRS debts as any other debt, though they are not
dischargable?

3.) Do I list each credit card separately, or only each credit card
company once, adding the amounts from each card?

4.) Can I take the amount due from my latest credit report, or do I
need to contact each debtor to get an amount?

Lastly, is it indeed true that I can simply file the two page petition,
and then file all of the schedules within the next fifteen days, thus
allowing me to "beat" the Oct 16th deadline and file the specifics in
the next two weeks?

Again, I would be deeply appreciative of any answers that someone might
be able to provide.

List both.

Yes. You have to list all debts regardless of whether they are
dischargeable.
3.) Do I list each credit card separately, or only each credit card
company once, adding the amounts from each card?
List them separately.
4.) Can I take the amount due from my latest credit report, or do I
need to contact each debtor to get an amount?
List whatever you think is probably close to the correct amount you owe each
debtor. You don't need to contact each of them to get an exact number.
Lastly, is it indeed true that I can simply file the two page petition,
and then file all of the schedules within the next fifteen days, thus
allowing me to "beat" the Oct 16th deadline and file the specifics in
the next two weeks?
I don'y know, but I would be interested in knowing the correct answer.
Hopefully someone here will know and will post the answer.

In Massachusetts, you can indeed file a "Skeleton" bankruptcy,
consisting of just the Voluntary Petition and the Creditor Matrix, then
file the rest within 15 days. May differ from state to state.
