UK Claiming back VAT for new Ltd

Hi, I ve got startup Ltd running in the UK, my Ltd is VAT registered, I do not have much income right now as we are a startup. I would like to hire a few IT contractors, however their daily rate comes together with VAT. Will I be able to claim it back?
