Hi. "B" is for Bartholomew.
I put this letter to 2 reputable CPA's for their response sometime during the first half decade of 2000. The first answered, "Who's going to pay for this?" The second answered, "This would certainly draw blood." I tremble against what might be lurking and looming on corporate records these days (over a decade later).
