Codes for funds

phil bradbury

I am having trouble with knowing which codes to use for various funds so
that they get updated correctly. What resources are there apart from
morningstar for discovering the correct codes to use. Also should one use
the GBXXXX code or the abbreviated one?

Go to MSN Money for the definitive list of what will
work - this is where you can get codes for.

If you're using 2003 or later, then I personally would use the long name for
funds. 2001 and earlier users will have to use the short codes, 2002 users
have the option of downloading a patch to support the long ones, or using
the short ones.
