USA Collecting unemployment

I am collecting Ui and I am starting my own business .. I am incorporated . So really no money for the first couple of months and get paid sporadically ... Can I still collect Ui since its my corporation making the money and it isn't a lot ...

Check your state's unemployment compensation rules. Many do not allow you to collect unemployment benefits if you own your own business, regardless of how often you are paid.
