Is anyone using this feature? We are currently re-evaluating our current

I have purchased both commerce manager and sba2006 because I was under the
impression that they play well together. I have not found out how to do
this. Commerce manager faq's say yes, you can export reports and import into
your financial program. The reports that are available don't seem to tell me
much of anything. Then when I went and looked at sba all I can import are
the major areas, accounts, customers, vendors etc. I do not see any way to
import sales, order or payment data.

Even the simplest of reports customer list cannot be imported because
commerce manager has the field as first name, last name and sba's only
available field to map to is Customer Name.

Am I totally missing something?

Your expectations may not be correct. Commerce manager is a service
that has been around for some time (1999?) and while it does a good job
at letting you sell online, I don't think you can expect any serious
level of integration with SBA.

OK, let me format this question as a product suggestion.

Microsoft Commerce manager should be able ti integrate with SBA2006 in much
the same way your bank transactions do.

If I have added inventory to commerce manager I should be able to download
and enter it into SBA.

When I have transactions occur the order details should be able to be
downloaded into SBA.

This should occur much like the online banking does with a link directly
into commerce manager and the options to "post" orders and "add" inventory
and non-inventory items.

Otherwise, how is this product going to be useful for small businesses whose
primary storefront is the internet?

Hi Albert,
From some investigation that I've done on this, you cannot go from CM to
SBA, but from SBA to CM. Going to do some more research tomorrow on this and
will post back with any results.

No integration with Commerce Manager and SBA exists to date.
