company owned property, w/ personal residence

I hope this is the right place to post this, if not let me know. I own an s-corp, a few years back we purchased a building lot with an existing storage building in our company name, We have since sold our home and want to build a home on this lot. Can I build a home and rent it from my business, or do i need to transfer the property into my name? If I transfer the property, would I have to sell it to myself? As a side note I live in Ohio, And my wife paid the loan for the property off using money from our personal account, I figure this will cause some tax issues as well. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
