USA Condominium Accounting in QuickBooks

I work for a condominium/HOA management company in Florida. We have many condo owners that spend part of the year at their home up north and part of the year at their condo in Florida. Is there a way in QuickBooks where I can send the owners their quarterly HOA Dues invoice with the appropriate address (north address or Florida address) based on the dates I input into the software?
