This is UK based, FRS 102.
This is a slightly unusual one. A parent which is nonetheless maybe the equivalent of a Midco, as owned by two different companies submitting Accounts prior to Confirmation Statement..Is this orthodox?

(Last time it was stated that Birmgham City Limited owned by 45-47% Shelby Companies under Knighthead and 50 odd % by Hong Kong based Birmingham Sports Limited, a listed HKSE company).
Is it sensible or appropriate to submit Accounts before a Confirmation Statement in the UK?
