Construction Accounting Best Practices



I am in the process of upgrading the accounting and project managment
software for our medium size design/development firm. While there are
numerous software packages on the market I wasn't sure what the
industry standard was. Is it better to purchase a bundled Accounting /
Project Managment program or to keep the programs separate. Obviously
if the programs are separate it would be nice for them to
"communicate". We're looking for the most efficient way to setup our
company so any recommendations, suggestions, or resources would be
greatly appreciated!
