conversion from class B shares to class A shares

I am using Money 2000 and cannot find anything about
converting shares.
Second problem:I decided to enter the transaction
as "sell" the class B and "buy" the class A. but when I
tried to enter the "sell" transaction money told me that
I would end up with a negative number of shares (not
true -- I have 900 and want to convert/sell 420.
Does anyone have an answer for either/both these problems?

simple...............
sell class a
close that account
buy class b
create new account.
