We have about 500 employees. About a dozen years ago we had a bill auditing company audit our telecom. We found it expensive because their fee was 50% of the recoveries and we didn't realise how much we were owed. Still, we came out on top with significant savings so no harm I guess.
I was recently asked to look at another telecom audit and I found a company that lets us keep any recoveries but will charge a monthly fee (1 year plan) that includes an initial audit and recovery plus monthly audits with project chargeback batch files every month going forward.
I was wondering if anyone has experience with something like this. (The company I was looking at is imhark.com)
