I am seeking a resource where i can find an accountant who will file ny taxes for my company and give me an 1120S to submit to amend my personal tax return from 2012.
I have a wildly organized QBM And 2 PDFs with every necessary detail in them aside from a paragraph of details.
Would imagine it would be a very easy job given my level of organization thanks to my bookkeeper!
Perhaps someone on this board is interested in picking up a job?
If i must pay up front i would like to get a good price.

This s corp was First and only year in business and was a losing endeavor, therefore I am seeking the cheapest possible solution given anyone who can do this kind of return I would gather is fairly experienced.
We were in business august12 to may13.
Again financials are wildly detailed and all enclosed in my QBM intuit quickbooks file just need someone with quickbooks who has used qbm files.
