If someone obtains a County Court Judgment against a company - can
this fact be "advertised" on the Companies House register in any way.

Any other ways of publicising the fact?

Surely the fact is registered (assuming that it wasn't satisfied in the
requisite time).

Anyone conducting a credit check on the company will be told of the CCJ.
What else are you trying to achieve?

Not trying to *achieve* anything.

I was asking how the matter was publicised (so that other people do
not suffer as a result of the company's working practices)

Registry Trust provide details of all CCJs, and if you do a credit search
with one of the credit reference agencies, then this is supplied as part of
the information you receive from them.
