CPA Exam Question

Hello,

Since the CPA Exam is now computerized, I am going to take the exam this
summer during 4 separate sittings.(with 5 - 6 weeks of prep time between
each section)

My advisor suggested I sit for the exam in order of least difficult to most
difficult, with auditing being the least difficult.

My question is, is auditing generally considered the least difficult and if
so, what is considered the toughest section of the exam?

Thanks for any feedback.

In the USA, yes.

In canada, taking it the 3rd or 4th time is the easiest!

That's an interesting question. I would say that what is "most difficult"
depends entirely upon the inclinations of the individual taking the exam.
Which sections did/do you most enjoy in school? Did you enjoy tax and
b-law? Or are you more inclined towards audit? What about Industry
(managerial)?

I would suggest that you become familiar with the subject matter of each
section (if you haven't already, go to www.aicpa.com for samples), and then
go with what appeals to you the most. If you're motivated to study the
subject matter then you're 80% there, I'd say.

Check the name of the group... alt.accounting

You don't add any value to this group, none whatsoever. You come in here
and make snide remarks about women and off-topic comments about anything
else that grabs your short attention spam.

Acts like a troll... IS a troll. TROLL.

Obviously, I meant .org.

Perhaps it was a subconscious expression about the aicpa and their role in
our lives as accountants (.com vs .org)?
