Credit Card transactions - with dead SBA

Now that MS is abandoning SBA - OA, how will this affect credit card
transactions if I continue to use OA after the kill date?

I am using OA 2008 and did not move to 2009 when it was available, but I
seem to remember something about OA using a MS server for the transactions.

Will the credit card transactions still work or will adjustments need to be
made?

Any help would be appreciated.

According to MSFT, the Credit Card application should continue to work in
same fashion as it does today in the product. So if you are signed up for
the service it should continue to work.

Thanks for the reply. Can you give me a link to your MS source. I can't
find any reference to credit card transactions.
I am signed up for a Windows live log in, which I have to do to initiate a
credit card transaction and that is it. I am not worried about my merchant
provider, as that is separate from MS, just the path thru Windows Live to
get to the merchant.

Thanks

Hi,

Your best option is to call into support team to verify the Credit Card
transaction service is still running. There have been no announcements made
that service is ending. If you click on following:
http://www.ideawins.com/Services/Overview.aspx

You will notice no discontinuation date for CCP as there is for other
services.
