I have lived and worked in Ct for 25 years. In 2012 I rented an apartment in nyc and started working for the same company but their nyc office. I spend approximately 60% of my time in nyc and the remaining 40% in ct. Do I claim dual residency or ny as I spent a larger portion of my time there. I own a home in ct and obviously still pay real estate and auto taxes to ct. Thanks in advance for the help.
