additional receipt lines can be add.

About two years ago (maybe three), I collected these documents from
various sources. They can be a helpful guideline. I am a third party
consultant without access to CustomerSource or PartnerSource. I've now
installed three retailers and have written custom solutions for all of
them using these documents as a guide.

Also, do not discount the Object Browser in Visual Studio. Use it to
explore the QSRules.dll. It won't help you with the receipt template,
but it will if you decide to create a COM add-in.
