Hi, I'm trying to find any literature that would state the kinds of items that can be capitalize when trying to raise capital. My boss is asking if we can capitalize the our own company's legal counsel's bill... I have a feeling we can't but i can't find the any actual literature.. Also, our company is not an insurance company, just a note, because i did see an article answering this particular question but its only for insurance companies..
