Defined Benefits Pension

I am in a defined benefits pension scheme, but cannot see how to set this up
in Money. I'm using Money 2002. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks
David

By defined benefits, I am assuming that you mean a final salary scheme?

It is a few years since I set my one up in MS Money 2001, but I seem to
recall that you go to Investing/Portfolio/Add an investment, put the name in
of the scheme and then simply follow the wizard.

Does this help?

Thanks for the response, but when I add an investment there is no type that
corresponds to a defined benefits/final salary pension scheme. I cannot find
anywhere in the help or documentation that explains how to enter such a fund.

David,

I find this remarkable since my version, which is older than yours, does
cope with it.

Have you tried, from the menu at the top, Investing (menu)/Portfolio (drop
down menu)/Add an investment (left hand side of screen)/Type in the name of
the scheme and select 'Next'/ Select either 'held at' or 'not held at', then
'Next'/Select 'Retirement', then 'Next', and continue to follow the wizard?

If you try this, at what point does it not work, and then somebody with MS
Money 2002 can jump in and help?

Good luck, and tell us how it goes.
