International public accounting firm is seeking a Director for the
Transaction Services group. This role will be responsible for
technical due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Specific
responsibilities include managing buy- and sell-side transaction
advisory engagements for buyers; providing financial, accounting,
commercial, and operational due diligence services to Fortune 1000
companies and private equity investors; managing and coordinating
engagement teams throughout the transaction process. Qualifications
include: 10+ years of experience in one of the following with a public
accounting firm: accounting, advisory, financial audit, or transaction
experience, strong knowledge in GAAP, SEC reporting issues, M&A or
transaction services and a CPA, CA or CFA (level II passed).
