UK Dividends and self assessment

Hi. I’m new here. 2 questions please and apologies if it’s already been answered.

1. My company is dormant but I need to extract some funds for self assessment tax. Will this affect me in any way eg will I need to submit accounts next year?

2. If I extract funds from the ltd co account for the sole purpose of paying self assessment tax will these dividends be taxed? So essentially paying tax twice.
