DLA review Q's

My mum who is 64 has been receiving high rate DLA mobility & low rate
care for several years. After several renewal applications she was
eventually awarded it indefinitely. She now has rheumatoid arthritis and
is needing more help which I feel should qualify her to an increase in
the care component. I understand that to ask for a review they look
again at the whole claim and there is a danger what you get now could be
reduced or even taken away. We have received the DLA434 forms "Looking
at your claim again" and it says to only complete the section you are
asking to have reviewed, in this case section 2A for help with personal
care. By filling in the personal care form will they look again at just
the care side or the entire DLA including the help with getting around
side (even though that part of the form is not required to be
completed)?
