DOES ANYONE HERE PROCESS AMEX???????????????????

What the hell this is ridiculous. I've wasted a WEEK trying to get this
problem fixed. No one bothers to even respond to my multiple posts and MS OA
support seems baffled when I call them.

I can not process Amex cards. Everything is setup perfectly at my Merchant
Account (First Data) and at American Express. OA is requiring me to enter
the CVV2 code for Amex cards and Amex is rejecting it because they don't use
it. Amex and First Data tell me repeatedly that I need to turn off the CVV2
requirement in OA. Simple as that. It's a very common problem for them that
is easily fixed.

This seems to have completely stumped Microsoft's support for some reason.

Am I the only person in the damn world that processes American Express cards?

Yes, I have already tried that with multiple cards. I have also tried just
putting all zeroes in it as one American Express representative suggested.
Nothing works.

I wish just one person on this forum who actually processes Amex cards
through Office Accounting would chime in and let me know if they have
problems with this or if theirs is working, in order to give me some sort of
indication of where my problem may lie.
