Met with my CPA last week and he has assured me that a single shareholder S-Corp does not need to pay wages. This raised a flag me because every available resource screams otherwise. I've also spoken with a family member CPA who said that my guys is steering me wrong.

Is there any truth to this. Why would my CPA stand behind this so strongly? I asked him 3 times when I was in his office and he maintained that it just wasn't necessary.

What the heck is going on?
