I was an office assistant for a college dining hall, helping out everyone from the budget analyst to the systems administrator whenever they needed an extra pair of eyes or hands. When I graduated from school, they didn't have any openings for full-time workers, so I'm between employers right now. I'm not really an "accountant" per se (still preparing for my CPA exam), but I've had to deal with accounting-related questions during my work. For the most part, I'll probably be lurking more than posting, seeing what the experts have to say.

Accountancy has a rather vast remit and I doubt anybody could claim to be an expert in all of it. So don't be afraid to offer your own advice, or question what somebody has said.
