Downloaded transactions are stuck with a flag

Have 2 transactions from the bank which I downloaded. There is the
red flag, but no Downloaded transactions appear in the box at the
bottom. The only option is "continue". Clicking on "continue" just
refreshes the screen, but does not close the dialogue box.
In the Online Center, the 2 transactions are present with the amounts,
payee, and date and only option there is to "Compare to Register".
Clicking there opens the account, and nothing approaching a compare
box appears.
I tried to deactivate the account from One Step Update, but QW2010
insists that there are transactions to accept.
Any ideas on this one? Thanks.
