dropping chapter 13

If you find you can not continue the payments can you switch to a 7? If
your only income ( have no assets) is social security ,can creditors. I
am age 62.

Yes, you can convert to a Chapter 7.

The details and whether you would have any difficulty in a Chapter 7 vary
