E*Trade

This is not a Quicken problem. I am using Q2006 Premeir.

I currently have the following situation -

Brokerage with Ameritrade - Issue - no PDF Statements Transactions and
such
Brokerage with BrownCo - Will be intergrated into E*Trade
Brokerage with Harrisdirect - Now intergrated with E*Trade
Bank - Credit Union tied with Employer - PDF Statements - Web Connect -
PDF Statements.
Bank - Primary Credit Union - no PDF Statements - Direct download of
Transactions - Bill Bay on Web (which is okay)

I did not have any problems with the conversion of Harrisdirect to
E*Trade. With the BrownCo conversion later this year, I will be above
balances to eliminate lots of fees.

E*Trade has a bank - does it offer direct connect (in full)? are the
statements PDF that I can download? Credit Card?

How is your experience with E*Trade "Banking" and Quicken? Again, I
think I can avoid the fees - just want to get input if I should
consolidate Banking / Investments.

I was a happy Charles Schwab customer for 21 years - but changed
relationships to BrownCo because of that. (Happy BrownCo customer)

I use E*Trade and Quicken Deluxe 2006. E*Trade has only web connect
for statement downloads no direct connect. You choose a statement
(month and year) and download to Quicken. It's annoying that you
cannot directly download from within Quicken but the web connect does
work without problems. The other annoying thing is that I frequently
have to hunt around the menus of the E*Trade web site for quite a
while before I can find the web connect download menu on E*Trade.

I use E*Trade and Quicken Deluxe 2005. E*Trade transaction download
directly into Quicken for my brokerage account (and linked Cash account)
and for our IRA accounts. It will usually not download during the
trading day, but the best time to do it is at night anyway.

Statements are Acrobat pdf files.

I don't use E*Trade banking so can't respond to that.
