Hello,
I am currently working overseas with the military as a civilian. My question is whether I am able to claim the Earned Income Tax Credit? I am on orders with the the military and continue to maintain residency and pay state tax in Colorado. I also am paid by the U.S. with direct deposit to my stateside bank so do not have any foreign income to claim. Thank you

To qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit you must have lived in the US for at least half of the year.
