Electronic Bill Pay Not Updating Scheduled Transactions

I pay most of my bills using Bank of America Bill Pay. Previously when
I paid the bill, returned to Quicken 2005, and updated I would accept
the new transaction and it would be entered in my checkbook with the
lightening bolt and check number. This seems to still be working. The
problem is that the scheduled transaction is not recognized as complete
but is removed from the scheduled list. I am running Windows XP and
Quicken 2005. Up to last month the list would be marked paid, cleared,
and reconciled. Has anything changed? With whom should I address this
problem, Quicken or Bank of America? TIA in advance for responses.

I had a similar problem. It came down to the scheduled transaction was
not marked as an "Online payment". So it was never sent and no
physical check was printed. That's a bug in Quicken -- it doesn't make
sense to schedule a payment that will never be made!
