Emailing Invoices

I created a word template to send invoices through emails (in the message
body of the email) and I tested it, it worked fine. So I sent a couple of
emails to clients, now, whenever viewing an invoice and clicking on Actions /
Email Invoice / In message body , an error box says: Unable to send invoice
in message body, send as attachment instead?

Has anyone had that happen? Please, I need some help..




Give it a try - switch outlook default message type from 'plain text' to
'rich text'.
