Ok not exactly accounting, but I've failed to find a HR or business
emlpoyment law forum/NG so thought I'd throw this
to the masses here.
Our company is about to implement some clever software that can monitor the
usage of its employees throughout the day, plus, if any key words
are displayed on anyones screen a snapshot is taken and sent to the
administrator (or whoever is delegated)
each employee when they log on in the morning must click an accept button
that relates to the companys policy on the usage of the PC and the internet
or their PC switches off.
Question is, Can we implement this to existing employees who have had free
use of their PC's for the last 4 years?
Anyone know any reason why I cannot implement this software ?
