Employee Time.

I have a small service business where I have to track times and assign them
to various projects. Does MS Accounting Pro have a timer function similar to
Quickbooks which will track my time. Or do you have to track it separately
and fill out a timesheet.

To my knowledge there is no timer funtion within MSA.

What i do is use a mixture of outlook calendar & journal entries (which have
a timer function) to track time spent on a project. Then with the Business
Contact Manager, I can create time entries within MSA from my outlook
calendar.

If i could only create time entries from journal items i'd be a happy man.

Not sure I understand. Why does Time Entry not fill this need? It has
customer and Job fields. tia

I think the question was in regards to tracking time, not just entering it
into MSA after the fact. ie. no start or stop button. I dont use it, just for
that reason.
