enter time for employees of vendor/subcontractors

H

hi

I can enter a single person/vendor's time into the QB without problem
and when I pay the vendor it asks me if I wanted to pay with time
entered. This is perfect. However, the problem I have is that a
couple of my subcontractors provide me with several people yet at end
of month I receive 1 invoice with a line item for each person and the
number of hours they each worked. I cannot enter these
subcontractor's employees into the time system under the name of their
company so I cannot pay the invoice with 1 check... hope this is
understandable. I can't believe QB would be so primitive as to not be
able to link multiple people to one vendor to cummulate the hours for
payment.

Why don't you just enter the invoice with a time line item for each one
listed and type in the vendor-employee's name in the Description?
