My sister has given me the travel tickets of Dubai as a gift to me
How I need to pass the entry in my books, the stay and other expenses are incurred from my company account

Not sure you need to. I am constantly taken out to dinner and sporting events by vendors and clients. All I do is log them in the gift registry to make sure there is no quid-pro-quo but no accounting. Only your out of pocket business costs need to be accounted for.
