Prove it. Better still, go and get a life on some other NG. And as it's
the only one you've got, do take care of your brain cell.

QuickBooks do a customised version for property and if you look on the
Sage website you will see some add-ons.

I'll check it out. But I would prefer not to go with a
one-size-fits-all shrink-wrap. I'd like a smaller specialist
who can hear customers sigh. <G>

Thanks

Maybe try Sage with an addin from someone local. You could always try
using departments or something with any package to do the job you
need.

I realise you are trying to be helpful but there is a world
of difference between using a scatter-gun approach to
getting a recommendation from personal experience. However I
have learned, that there are no users on this NG that have
experience in this area. That's OK, there is no reason why
the should but it means that I'm now working blind.

Thanks anyway,

Alan
When I was reseaching the market I got into from the Estate Agents and
Surveyors professional bodies. I would recommend doing that.

I'll look at that too. The key requirement is a consolidated
client account. Thanks for the tip.

Thanks Peter, I'll give it a try.
I have since gone to programmer's NGs. I've found one working
on a project. These can be influenced with feedback I tend to find. So
I'm optimistic.
