Excel Compatible all in 1 system

Hello,
Does anyone know what package is available for a small to medium business?
It would ideally be Excel compatible.
We have 10 employees, deliveries around Ireland, 9,000 stock items
(Furniture) and a code system for our products.
I was considering going for a barcode system but am not sure.

Try "The Big Red Book"

It's an Irish piece of Software and sold about 7000 copies in Ireland.
