I have a specific question. My husband and I live outside of the u.s and I dont earn any income as I am a stay at home mom. However my husband works but he is not an american citizen. He has a green card that technically expired since we have lived out of america for longer than a year. Do we still need to file taxes in america? We have no property or anything linked to us in america so there is no benifit in doing it.
