Can anyone help determine what is the issue within this problem? Need to use FASB to support claim.
Dupage County Electronics (DCE) manufactures high-end, wireless speakers that are sold to independently-owned audio stores. These stores can return these speakers for any reason during the four months following the sale. However, in the 10+ years since Dupage County Electronics began this practice, no speakers have ever been returned. Additionally, DCE guarantees these stores that DCE will spend at least $8,000,000 advertising in select audiophile magazines and on select audiophile websites to help boost sales.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Just want to compare to make sure I have the right idea!!!
