When I print a form in MOA 2008 pro the form has my phone number in both the
phone and fax location. I have double check and the company info is correct.
Why is this?

I have noticed the same thing, when I print a quote or an invoice from
Microsoft Office Accounting Express 2008. Does anyone know how to
change the "basic" form in the program, so it doesn't print the phone
number twice? I would also like to have my phone number and fax number
printed correctly on my forms.

SYMPTOMS
When you print a document by using the basic form in Microsoft Office
Accounting Professional 2008 or in Microsoft Office Accounting Express 2008,
the business telephone number of your company is printed in the Fax field.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, print the document by using a Microsoft Office
Word template instead of by using the basic form. To do this, follow these
steps:1. Start Accounting Professional 2008 or Accounting Express 2008.
2. On the Company menu, click Manage Word Templates.
3. Under Template Type, select a template type.
4. Under Templates, select a template in the Name list, and then click
Modify.
5. Add your company information to the template.
6. Save the template with a new name. Save the template in the default
location.

Notes• By default in Windows XP, the templates are located in the following
folder:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Small Business\Office Accounting 2008\Templates
• By default in Windows Vista, the templates are located in the following
folder:
C:\Program Data\Microsoft\Windows\Templates\Office Accounting 2008\Templates

7. Open a document.
8. On the File menu, click Print.
9. In the Print dialog box, click Word template under Print options.
10. Click Templates.
11. Select the template that you modified in step 5.
12. Click OK to print the document.
