Position Title: Project Controller (construction accounting)

Company: Very large condo/residential/multi-family development company
in South Florida.

Description: 10+ years of preferred experience needed in order of
preference:

1)Condo development
2)Residential Multi-family development
3)Commercial (Office/Retail) development
4)Homebuilder experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)Prepare (or review) monthly financial reports for all real estate
related entities.
2)Financial statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement)
3)Related workpapers
4)Budget variances
5)Review all job cost reports
6)Prepare (or review) all draw requests.
7)Prepare Cost of Sales spreadsheet.
8)Reconcile and maintain all monthly general ledger accounts.
9)Review monthly bank reconciliation
10)Prepare budgets for real estate entities in conjunction with
related managers.
11)Administer all company bank accounts and maintain banking
relationships
12)Review and maintain ISG (sales broker) expense reimbursements
according to company procedures.
13)Review and maintain reconciliation of major law firm invoices
14)Recommend cost saving opportunities
15)Placement and management of corporate insurance policies and
maintain related financing agreements

B.General Liability
C.Builders' Risk
D.Workers Compensation
E.Health
F.Process sales tax
G·Maintain and file annual Uniform Business Reports
H·Maintain Occupational licenses

Compensation: $70 - $90k per year with discretionary profit sharing
bonus (15%- 30% of base but not guaranteed)
