USA Form 1040 Schedule A and C

I am the owner of an LLC and my husband is the employee and gets a paycheck. I get a paycheck from the law firm that I work at. When I do my 1040, do I also fill out a Schedule A and a Schedule C?

You should have a relationship with a CPA. They should be able to give you proper tax guidance.

Your situation is too complex for simple answers except to state you have given no indication that you need a schedule A. You might but not based on the information you provided.

As for the schedule C again your situation is too complex, you may or may not file a schedule C. If you do not file a schedule C, you will file a 1065 or 1120 or 1120S.
